Announcement of the new WBA Board of Management 2019-2020

Wanneroo Business Association's (WBA) Annual General Meeting was held on 17 July 2019 at Wanneroo Golf Club with 48 people in attendance including Mark Folkard MLA, Member for Burns Beach, City of Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts JP, Deputy Mayor Nat Sangalli and City of Wanneroo Cr Dot Newton JP and Cr Paul Miles.

The WBA reported another year of membership growth with 392 members, as well as an increase to two full time members of staff.  This year the WBA celebrates it's 20th Anniversary, a huge milestone in our history, as well as another end of year resulting in profit.

Along with a delicious plated breakfast provided by Creative Catering, our AGM also included an update from our President and Treasurer looking back on the financial year and ahead into this year, their reports can be seen in the documents list below.

Tabled AGM documents: 2017-2018 Audited Financials, 2018-2019 P&L, 30 June 2019 Balance Sheet, President and Treasurer Reports and a printed copy of the Member Register (392 members)

The new 2019-2020 Board of Management was decided by a member ballot vote, with more nominations received than available positions.  We would like to take this opportunity to thank outgoing Vice President Peter Armstrong and Board Members Andrew Jennings and Greg Coman for all their hard work and commitment to the WBA over the past few years.
